LAMA has been updated!

The new update brings some new features, like Growl notifications and some enhancements to the delay finder. This update is recommended to everybody. Simply click Check for Updates in the LAMA menu and download the new version.

About Growl

Growl is a system wide notification system for your mac. Download and install it to benefit from the new Growl features in LAMA and from many other applications.

SPL Alert

LAMA can inform you, when the current Sound Pressure Level exceeds a certain limit. You enable that feature with the new Alert tab in the SPL Meter settings window.

Input Clip Alert

LAMA notifies you with Growl when clipping on one of the input channels occurs. This feature is enabled in the Audio Settings window, you can see a new checkbox named Send Growl Notification on Clipping.

Improvements to the Delay Finder

Also the Delay Finder has been updated and improved:

• The Transfer Analyzer displays all times relative to a reference point. This is useful when you “abuse” the Delay Finder for time alignment of loudspeaker delay lines.
• Keyboard Control: There is extended support for controlling the delay finder with the keyboard. Please refer to the user guide for further instructions on this topic.
