LAMA issues with Leopard (OS X 10.5) and 64 bit

It came into attention that some users have troubles when using LAMA in 64-bit mode under Mac OS X Leopard (10.5). Until this is fixed, there is a workaround: launch LAMA in 32-bit mode.
