Bugfix

• Fixed a bug where the generated MIDI Timecode was incorrect for other framerates than 25fps.

• Added German Localization
• Only Input Devices show up in the Audio Input Device List
• Fixed a bug where SMPTE Reader could crash when a audio device with no inputs was selected
